This past weekend, the crew at Southland Cochrane teamed up with the Cochrane & Area Events Society for the annual Stuff-A-Bus campaign. The event supported the Cochrane Activettes’ Share Your Christmas Hamper Program and took place from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Canadian Tire.
The community was encouraged to drop off a toy or food item to support less fortunate people, with the goal of stuffing both a COLT and Southland School Bus. We are happy to report that our school bus was jam-packed with donations! Thank you to everyone who participated in this important community initiative.
We’d also like to send out a special thank you to Susan Calvert and Bev Fourie for pitching in to help load and unload the bus!
